This definitely doesn't stingy they will die any sooner than anyone else. I would suggest seeing your doctor and getting the proper medications if needed. Also some small change in your diet and exercise would be accepting. I have be a nurse for a long time and have see many ethnic group at a young age contained by this situation. My grandfather has have hypertension and heart disease since he was 28 years frail. He is now 75 years old-fashioned and still kicking. I hope this helps.
