If you hold celiac disease or wheat allergy, what foods do you chomp through?

Please dont cut and paste from other sites, personal experiences please. I agree near sailor, alot of it is how u look at it.
It is really hard at first, but it get easier with time.
In stab not to copy Sailors answer, I will give my personal faves:
Obviously foods resembling fruits and veggies that are naturally GF are great but we adjectives want a piece of cake sometimes!
here's my faves!
Pamela's Products: cookies, baking mixes
Whole FOods Brand 365: brownie and baking mixes.
Whole Foods brand Gluten Free cookies (frozen and ready to shift from the frozen section.)
Glutino pizzas
Tinkyada pastas
Bobs Red Mill FLours
Kinnikinnick: Everything! Awesome donuts, breads, cookies, oreos, etc.
Fave sites:
www.glutenfree.com
www.glutensolutions.com
www.amazon.com
It is incredibly hard at first, but u seize used to it. Books, websites, etc are everywhere ready to support. Try to get your info from reputable sources however, such as www.csaceliacs.org or doctors similar to Dr Peter Green, "Celiac Disease a Hidden Epidemic". There are tons of cookbooks out there if u close to to cook (I dont).
even restaruants are getting in on th egame, outback, pf changs and others own gf menus now.
Always check online at yoru fave places to get through or shop and u may find more gf info than u can imagine!
Best of luck!
I dont hold celiac but thought that I did. So I started to eat simply fruits, veggies, walnuts and soups. If your not allergic to milk I believe you could have a baked potato beside homemade chili and sour cream. Salads with grease and vinegar type dressings. Also if theres no gluten in the cheese you could hold a potato with brocolli and cheese. Also chicken, beans, steaks. Just no pasta, bread, ect.for breakfast you could hold eggs and potatoes. You wont starve.
