If you hold a swollen lymph node (.5 cm) and it moves around abundantly when touched, is it cancer?

I have a sizeable lump under my arm that moves around - it is call a fatty tumor but is nothing to verbs about.
i have it looked at by a specialist so you MUST do the same only just to be sure.
Not necessary, but I strongly insist that you stop by a surgeon to detect it.
