If you sleep down your partner subsidise can you be charged beside attempted murder hence HIV or GBH for other STD

I believe the laws that apply is that if you on purpose had an infection/disease and you with joy spread it to other people minus their knowledge that you hold it you can be held accountable next to any legal exploit. Many cases have come up beside people who intentionally have HIV and all the same continued to have unprotected sex and purposely infected their other partners - it can be considered attempted murder contained by some states.
EDIT: One commentor stated it cannot be tried as attempted murder but I beg to differ:
"In lots countries, the intentional or reckless infection of a entity with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is considered to be risky. People who do so can be charged with Criminal Transmission of HIV, murder, manslaughter, attempted murder, or assault. Some states own enacted law expressly to criminalize HIV transmission, as surrounded by the United States, while others charge under the existing law, as in the United Kingdom."
Included is a join below, stating about STD criminal issues along near HIV.
Good Luck.
yes, especially if they can prove you knew you be giving them an std, which is pretty simple. jurors hate cheaters, even though they prolly cheat too!!
