1st of all you MUST cogitate positive. I have other told my kids to life as if at hand will be no tomorrow (without the parties) and to treat other people as if you will never see them again. Just past my brain surgery I came to expressions with my own mortality and realize what was meaningful and what was BS. I own never looked back, of late keep on rolling along.
