Illinois drug repository?

Does anyone know about the law in Illinois on the subject of the donation of (unopened) targeted cancer drugs for the use of local cancer patients? If it is legal, do you know specifically where on earth to take them surrounded by Chicago? It would be a shame to waste $10k worth of a drug because a regimen be changed, while someone who couldn't afford them hopelessly watched their tumors grow.
L. In my nouns it is technically illegal. However, anytime I enjoy any meds left over, even as simple as antibiotics, I present them to my doc who dispenses them to the patients who cant afford them. Perhaps your doc does the same piece? Not many associates are going to take them from you adopt maybe your doc simply because who know if you have done something to the meds? I assume you havnt, but thats why it is improper. Your doc however should be able to trust you, and can catch the meds to the patients that cant afford them
