Ihad these red bumps but i scrub them and they get flat black will thy budge away?

are they are they scarrs I'm not sure I can fully answer your question short more details. I'm guessing that the red bumps were pimples and you open them up when you scrubbed them. If so, the "flat black" may freshly be little scabs that will go away contained by a few days. I don't know for sure, though. If they don't go away inside the next week, I recommend showing them to a doctor or nurse.
