I used to own supreme skin until i used a product i be allergic to?

now my skin is so sensitive and it become so red after i put water on it, and my skin willl become irritated illogically, even if i don't do anything to it! is there a method i can return my skin to normal? how long ago did u use the product? if it wasnt long ago, consequently just offer it time, if its been more than a week next see a dermatologist. lol, and if its awhile find a lawyer and turn after the company that made the ****.
