I want comfort on my facade!?

I'm currently 16 years old. And I realise my facade starting to grow some red spots which its swollen, but not too swollen just red stuffs poping out. But it's not pimple, when i touch it, it doesn't discern anything just a red spot. I dont know what's that. Any direction on how to remove those stuffs? And what's that? And I've seen alot of answers, but I dont know whats lukewarm dampen, what it means? Please confer me some advice or tips thankfulness! luke warm wet means pretty much cold/warmish sorta marine...it sounds like u own herpes which u generally want to go see a doctor if it doesnt look approaching its going to go away. they'll probably reccomend some medication for u or pescribe some anitbiotics for u or possibly cream
well i would try using a frontage wash for sensative skin...and if it does not start clearing up within 3 or 4 days then i would ask you parents to appropriate you to see a dermatologist..they look at your skin and tell you what is wrong near it and tell you how to seize rid of it!
