I want serious medical Help!?

A few days ago, i started having an over whelming idea that i was dying (and i niggardly this literally), severe chest pain, muscle spasms, flashes of restrained in eyes, dizzyness, shortness of breath, nausea. I be diagnosed with pluerisy surrounded by the hospital a few weeks ago. HOwever, I do not feel that it be the right dianosis. I have an appointment at 10.30 but i be aware of so bad. I'm alarmed to lay down and go to sleep. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions? If i move my commander even slightly i feel approaching i'm going to pass out. i obligation help! The symptoms of Pleurisy are
Fever
Cough
Chills
Shortness of breath
Weight loss
Poor appetite
Sharp chest backache with breathing. Pain can keep a tight rein on the movement on the side of the chest.
Rapid shallow breaths
Inability to take a weighty breath
Itching in sites on the spinal column (near the site of the lungs, but no visible rashes)
Dizziness.
I enjoy panic attacks too so I know that when you hold symptoms like this it also will spawn you panic making your symptoms ten times scarier. Just detached down. If it gets worse walk to the ER ASAP!

Why, may I ask are you on the computer within Yahoo asking for medical diagnostics when we can't even see you and the vast majority of users don't come close to have a medical transcriptionists capacity, consent to alone an MD when you believe you might be dying?
