I want to obtain a blood check done, problem is.. I HATE NEEDLES.?

I've been worried almost my health for some time. Doctors give me a diagnosis of athsma a while back, but contained by recent months after this diagnosis I've come to not trust what they have told me.
I know it may not turn out to be anything at adjectives, but I just want to enjoy one to be on the safe side. Even if it doesn't come spinal column with anything.
Only problem is I dont know how to ask for one, and to bring up to date them I want tested for everything, and the other thing is I enjoy a bad trepidation of needles.
What should I do? What do you expect out of asking this seriously?
