If someone who have Hepatitis C does that be a sign of their liver is functioning 100% Like someone who doesnt enjoy it?

Lets just utter Jessica has Hepatitis C and Martin doesnt. Since Martin's Liver is functioning 100% because he doesnt enjoy Hepatitis C. Well since Jessica has Hepatitis C does that way her Liver will function just close to Martin's Liver. Please help by explaining it. No, Hepatitis C make the liver not to function properly, so in the baggage you are proposing, Jessica's liver is sick and therefore her liver is not functioning surrounded by 100% metabolically, it's damaged by the hepatitis virus so it can't function properly approaching Martin's liver which doesn't have the virus for Hepatitis C.
The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is spread by blood-to-blood contact beside an infected person's blood. The symptoms can be medically managed, and a proportion of patients can be cleared of the virus by a long course of anti-viral medicine. Although early medical intervention is caring, people near HCV infection often experience mild symptoms, and consequently do not hope treatment.[
