If my boyfriend have a blister on his penis can it be irriation from alot of sex or somthing else?

OK this could be any number of STD's from VD to Herpes or could be just a blister. My first quiz would be how he got the blister within the first place seeing that in this nouns it would be very complex to get a blister surrounded by this area.
