If my brother doesn't capture relieve, what can I expect?

He hasn't been to see a doctor and he won't travel, he is 56 years old. He is a terribly heavy drinker, and have been for several, many years. I merely noticed today that his eyes are wan, so I suspect he has cirrhosis of the liver. If he continues to drink, which I know he will and doesn't achieve medical help, what can I expect? What around his family? There must be someone apart from you who care for him. Join force and talk to him. There are so copious organizations providing relieve to those who want to quit.
All the best!
I'm sorry to hear about your brother, but remember you can't "make" anyone stop drinking. If he continues down this road he promising will get cirrhosis of the liver (if he doesn't enjoy it already). When he is diagnosed, he will either stop drinking and live or he will verbs drinking and it will kill him. I'm sorry to be blunt but if you don't cogitate he will stop, you need to prepare yourself for his extermination. Cirrhosis isn't a pretty death, any.
